I have been so blessed and fortunate to have had the opportunity for coaching.  My desire for coaching was as much (if not more) about my personal life, as my work life.  When I sort of apologized for that, my Coach assured me that Pango thinks of all of us as "whole people" and not just employees... and for that reason the personal stuff matters!  As it turns out, I have definitely benefited in both arenas, as a result of coaching. My coach helps me recognize the "stories" in my head, that distort what is right in front of me.  He has helped me to help myself make some clearer decisions, by cutting through all of the garbage talk between my ears... LOL, I hope that makes sense, it has for me!
