For my second SARMs cycle, I decided to do a 8 week cycle of RAD 140 (Testolone) just to see how much muscle mass I could gain. I did this for my 3 bodyfat levels and they were all between 15-20%. During my third round of SARMs, I had a hard time finding ANY muscle volume on me at any of the levels, so I took a break from SARMs and did bodybuilding specific training. For those unfamiliar, bodybuilding is a whole lot of fun and I know my workout is quite boring for some of you, but I will get to that in a bit. The first time I did this kind of training I was at around 13.8% bodyfat, but I did it again at 16.8%. After all, if there was anything to gain then my body fat would decrease and not stay up all the way up to 16.8%. The best way to do it would be to do SARMs 4-5 times a week and then do some bodybuilding specific training 2x/week. This is something that can be accomplished very easily for anyone who has access to the equipment and the proper training.During this time, I decided that I would go for a new body that was a little smaller than my prior. Instead of getting ripped from every angle like I was doing and going all out during my first cycle, I decided I would let my body come on naturally and be a little less ambitious. I would continue doing this, but this time I would go down to about 10.5%, and just be more subtle with it and be a little more realistic.
